Service Policy
If, for any reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This advance notice will allow us to offer the available time slot to another guest. A detailed cancelation and salon ethics and service policy are provided to our guests with a reservation and summarized forms are available for your review through our online booking portal.
We require that parents or guardians be responsible for making and confirming services involving children aged 17 and under, and must be present throughout their appointment.
